What if it arrives damaged?

How long to arrive to my address?

Depending upon the warehouse from which your order ships and the shipping destination of your order, orders can arrive anywhere from 5 – 20 business days. Items that originate from a Canadian brand will ship directly to your address from the vendor’s warehouse. Please note, items that are Made to Order may take longer to arrive.


If an items originates from the USA, depending on the vendor, it will ship directly to your shipping address or it may arrive to our distribution centre for inspection prior to shipping to your address. For further information please contact customer support.


Are there any extra fees like brokerage or duty?

No, we take care of all brokerage and duty. We even take care of the shipping fees on orders over $99.

What currency?

Canadian Dollars. We are 100% Canadian owned and operated.

Are your lights made in Canada?

Depending on the vendor will determine where the lights are made, however, approx. 98% of the lights are made in China.

What types of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer Affirm and Paypal.

Do you price match?

Yes, please email and provide a copy of the quote or a screen shot from your computer showing the competitors’ price along with your contact information.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, please contact customer support and they will be able to help you with your order.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes, our showroom is located at 2513 5 Avenue NW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We would love to have you visit us!

Where is my order?

Please log into your account to check the status of your order. You will receive an email once your order ships. Please email if you have not received your order based on the estimated arrival date that was provided and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us directly as soon as possible withyour order number. We will contact the appropriate department and request to have your order cancelled. Please note that many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and as a result your order may have already shipped or have been processed past the point at which a cancellation is possible. If your order can not be cancelled, we will gladly assist you with any return once you receive your order. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping labels or cover shipping fees for returned product. Please be advised that the cancellation process can take 1 – 2 business days to complete.
