1. What if my order arrives damaged?

3. How long to arrive to my address?

Depends on where you are located and also where the item is coming from. Your order can arrive anywhere from 5 – 12 business days. Any items that originate from a Canadian vendor will ship directly to you from the vendor’s warehouse. If the items originates from the USA, depending on the vendor, it will ship directly to your shipping address or it may arrive to our distribution centre where we will inspect and then ship to your shipping address.

4. Are there any extra fees or brokerage?

No, we take care of all brokerage and duty. We even take care of the shipping fees on orders over $79.

Our prices are in Canadian dollars.

7. Where are your lights made?

Depending on the vendor will determine where the lights are made, however, approx. 95% of the lights are made in China.

11. Do you price match?

Yes, please email and provide a copy of the quote or a screen shot from your computer showing the competitors’ price along with your contact information.

12. Can I pick up my order?

No, as it originates from the vendor’s warehouse and they are located throughout Canada and USA.

13. Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes, our showroom is located at 2513 5 Avenue NW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We would love to have you visit us!

14. Where is my order?

Please log into your account to check the status of your order. You will receive an email once your order ships. Please email if you have not received your order based on the estimated arrival date that was provided and we will be happy to look into it for you. Please note that due to Covid-19, there may be a possibility that your order will arrive past the Estimated Arrival date. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, however, we will do our best to see where your order is and provide you with this information.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us directly as soon as possible withyour order number. We will contact the appropriate department and request to have your order cancelled. Please note that many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and as a result your order may have already shipped or have been processed past the point at which a cancellation is possible. If your order can not be cancelled, we will gladly assist you with any return once you receive your order. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping labels or cover shipping fees for returned product. Please be advised that the cancellation process can take 1 – 2 business days to complete.
