Return Policy

Carrington Lighting wants to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

EXEMPT ITEMS. The following items are not eligible for a return or refund.

• Items that have been installed or assembled
• Items that have their wires cut
• Items that are custom and made to order
• Orders with a quantity of 6 or more of the same item
• Must not have any writing on the original packaging
• Items puchased on Clearance
• Items must be in re-sellable condition
• Parts.

How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Are there any charges for return?

• You are responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.
• Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
• Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
